Whichever breathtaking experience you are ready to try? We’ve got you covered!

Both our HALO Rooftop Tour and VERTIGO Experience are wheelchair accessible. They allow patrons to access the Optus Stadium roof via a lift and the VERTIGO platform has been developed to encourage ALL daredevils to take up the VERTIGO challenge and dare to look down.

Family Friendly Facilities

There are 5 Parenting rooms throughout Optus Stadium. Each are equipped with changing tables and comfortable chairs for feeding. Doors are automated for easy entry with a pram. Please notify your Tour Leader if you require one of these breastfeeding areas. The OZONE welcomes breastfeeding throughout Optus Stadium, parents are able to utilise the baby change rooms for feeding and changing nappies.

Cloaking for prams and strollers

For safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted inside Optus Stadium, we are able to store your strollers and prams inside The OZONE while you enjoy your tour.

Wheelchair Access

Optus Stadium experiences are 100% accessible.

Our Stadium Tour travels by lifts between floors. Please advise us if a patron is in a wheelchair or requires a wheelchair in the “special requirements” section when booking.

Both our HALO Rooftop Tour and VERTIGO Experience are wheelchair accessible upon request.

Changing Tables & Hoist Facility

Changing Places restrooms offer a clean private facility for people living with a disability, providing convenient access to assistance equipment plus additional space to manage their personal needs.

There are two Changing Places within the Stadium, located at Aisles 111 and 537. A third Changing Place is located in Stadium Park, adjacent to The Camfield.

Available equipment includes:

Height adjustable adult-sized changing bench
Mobile hoist system
Automated MLAK-operated key entry with sliding electric doors
Shower facilities
Space for a user and up to two careers

Concession & Companion Pricing

The OZONE is a proud affiliate member of the Companion Card Program. We’re committed to issuing one extra ticket, at no cost, to cardholders who are buying a ticket and require attendant care.

Pension Card; Health Care Card; Seniors Health Card and Student Card holders are eligible for our concession prices.

Identification is required to be sighted on the day.
