When should I arrive?
It is best to be at your tour meeting point (THE OZONE under the City View Café next to Gate D) 10 minutes before your tour. Tours will depart on time.
Can we bring a pram?
Yes, our tour travels by lifts between floors. Please advise us you will be bringing a pram in the “special needs” section when booking.
Is this a child friendly tour?
Yes, we have discounted tickets for families and children are very welcome on our tours.
Where are the toilets?
We have toilets inside Gate D and additional toilets are located in the City View Café.
Is there a cloakroom?
No, we are not able to provide storage facilities for bags, luggage or prams (pushchairs or buggies) at Optus Stadium for safety and security reasons. The Ticket Holder is solely responsible for any personal belongings they brings on the Tour.
How long does the tour last for?
A standard public tour lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Where does the tour end?
The tour ends outside the City View Café.
Who qualifies for concession pricing?
Pension Card, Health Care Card, Seniors Health Card and Student Card.
Can I leave the Tour half way through?
No, once you start the tour, you must stay with your Tour Leader until the end for security and safety purposes.
What if I don’t like lifts?
You need to mention this in the “special needs” section when booking your tour.
Do we see any players on the tour?
The tours do not include a sporting team “meet and greet” but sometimes you may witness sporting clubs training at the Stadium. We cannot schedule when this will occur.
Can I take photos?
The use of audio visual recording equipment for commercial gain is prohibited. Audio visual equipment may only be used for personal use. As a condition of entry to Optus Stadium the Ticket Holder assigns to the Operator (by way of present assignment of future copyright) all copyright in any photographs or recording made in breach of this prohibition.
Do we walk a lot on the Tour?
A tour is approximately 2.5km long with several stops along the way, walking at a steady pace.
Can I catch a train?
Trains now stopping at Perth Stadium precinct seven days a week. Please use Transperth plan your journey.
Is there parking?
Yes, please see map which details the 3 free of charge parking areas.
What days do you run tours?
Tours operate daily on non-event days at 10am and 11am. Days and times are subject to change and availability. Please see the calendar for availability.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our tour travels by lifts between floors. Please advise us if a patron is in a wheelchair in the “special needs” section when booking.
Does the organiser or bus driver receive free entry?
There is no ‘free of charge’ for the coach driver or Tour Leader.
How do I get to the stadium?

What if I am late?
Tours depart on time due to other Tours scheduled during the day. As per the Terms & Conditions – The Ticket Holder should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the allocated start time of the tour. The Operator is under no obligation to reschedule the Ticket Holder’s participation in a Tour and will have no liability to the Ticket Holder if the Ticket Holder is late. The Tour will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
Who can HALO?
Do I need to be super fit?
HALO takes approximately 90 minutes from start to finish and requires a general level of fitness. You should be able to walk independently for approximately 1km and climb several flights of stairs. There is standing rest stops but no seating for approximately 60 minutes.
Can kids HALO?
The more the merrier. To participate you must be at least 8 years, 1.2 metres tall and weigh a minimum of 30kgs. All children must be accompanied by an adult, with a maximum of three children per adult.
I’m pregnant, can I HALO?
Depends! If you are less than 24 weeks pregnant, and experiencing a normal pregnancy, you can participate with a signed Medical Form from your GP. The Medical Form is available to download here.
If you are over 24 weeks pregnant, or if you have any medical complications that could affect your ability to complete the tour safely and comfortably, HALO will be here for you when you have given birth to that little legend
I have a fear of heights, should I HALO?
Face your fears…or don’t. It’s completely up to you. The HALO tour is extremely safe, and you will be in a secure harness. But fears are fears, use your better judgment or seek advice from a medical professional. Our Tour Leaders are trained to guide you and would love to help you conquer your fear of heights.
I’m carrying an injury, should I HALO?
You need a general level of health and fitness, the ability to walk independently for 1km and climb several flights of stairs. If you’re unsure speak to your GP and complete our Medical Form. The Medical Form is available to download here.
Can persons with a disability or a medical condition HALO?
Disabilities and medical conditions are different for everyone. If you’re unsure speak to your GP and complete our Medical Form. The Medical Form is available to download here.

Not a chance. Your health and safety are paramount to us; we need to know you’re fit and healthy enough to safely complete HALO. Every participant is required to complete and submit the waiver. If you are over 75 years of age or pregnant you must also submit the Medical Form signed by your GP, no later than 3 days prior to your tour.
Can Seniors HALO?
Absolutely! HALO requires a general level of fitness, with the ability to walk independently for approximately 1km and climb several flights of stairs. If you are over the age of 75 you must have a Medical Form signed by your GP, not more than 3 days prior to your tour. The form is available to download here. Check the weather forecast the night before your experience. We recommend wearing weather appropriate comfortable clothing. Less clothing is it’s hot, more clothing if it’s cold.
You’ll be provided with a jumpsuit and cap HALO, Sunscreen is a must on warmer days!

We recommend rubber-soled shoes used for sporting activities such as running, walking or hiking. But any flat, enclosed toe shoe will do. We’re a no to flip-flops, thongs, sandals, jandals, pluggers or plakkies (or whatever you call them around the world!)
Can i bring glasses or sunglasses?
HALO is bright. You gotta wear shades, we don’t want you squinting in all your great photos! Sunglasses are not provided for you, you will be given a safety cord to attach your sunglasses around your neck.
Should I bring a hat?
No Need. You will be provided with a cap to wear.
Can I bring my phone or camera on the tour?
Phones, Go Pros and other photo or recording devices are unfortunately not allowed on the rooftop tour. Your photographically trained Tour Leader will take some great photos of you and your group so your experience can “actually happen” when it’s posted on social media. You also receive a complimentary group photo to remember your experience. Youll also be able to purchase our great photo packages for pre-purchase with your booking or after your tour has finished.
Can I bring medication?
Essential medication such as inhalers or diabetic medication is permitted. Feel free to call and chat to us if yo’re not sure or seek advice from your GP. .
What else can i take on tour?
No loose objects, we wouldn’t want you dropping anything!
Where can I leave my belongings?
We have complimentary lockers available for use when you arrive in The OZONE. The tours desk can look after your key for safekeeping while you enjoy your tour or experience.

How long does HALO take?
HALO takes approximately 90 minutes. This includes time for your safety briefing, suiting up and fitting your harness. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and ensure you have completed the Declaration and Disclaimer form.
Do you operate in wet and windy conditions?
Yes. HALO runs rain or shine! In case of extreme weather such as very high winds or electrical storms HALO may be postponed, and your booking rescheduled.
How hot does it get up on the roof?
It can get quite hot. We try and beat the heat where we can, but in sometimes we need to postpone your tour due to extreme heat for your safety.
What safety equipment do you supply?
You’ll be supplied with a jumpsuit and harness for your tour. Once on the roof everyone is connected to our safety rail system.
Can I drink alcohol before HALO?
You must have a blood-alcohol reading below 0.05 to participate (the same as if you are driving). To ensure you are eligible to join us on the day, keep your celebration drinks for after your tour. It will be worth it!
Do you sell merchandise?
We have a great range of Optus Stadium and The Ozone merchandise. You can also purchase printed or digital photo packages of your experience tour.
Can I book on the day or should I book online?
We recommend booking online to ensure you don’t miss out, but we welcome walk-in bookings too.

Who can Vertigo?
